Returns and Refunds Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

You have 14 days from the day of delivery to arrange and send out the return.

What does this mean? The return must be shipped within the 14-day window to be valid.

Process: A pre-paid return label will be emailed within 3–5 working days after approval.

Return the item in its original state: If the item is returned in a different condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item. Shipping charges are repaid only if the item is defective.

Returns are accepted for damaged items or if the item does not meet expectations (e.g. incorrect size).

OUR POLICY

All items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all protective materials intact and all SENDÈGARO and designer tags attached. Packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags must be included. We may reduce your refund or reject your return if the item is worn, altered, or incomplete.

  • Missing essential packaging (e.g. dust bag) may result in rejection or partial refund.

BAGS & ACCESSORIES

Returns must include all designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags. Handle light-colored items with care. Black garments can stain lighter items.

SHOES

Include all original designer packaging and tags. Please avoid trying shoes on hard surfaces and return them in perfect condition.

FINE JEWELRY

Jewelry must be returned unworn with the original box, protective packaging, and all included tags/cards.

Excluded from returns: Final Sale, Pre-Owned, Marked Defective, Swimwear, Lingerie & Earrings.

FINAL SALE, PRE-OWNED OR MARKED DEFECTIVE

These items are not eligible for return. Any return or refund for such items is at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Account Closure: We reserve the right to close your account or limit future orders at our discretion.

Severability: If any part of these terms is found unlawful, the remaining sections will continue in effect.

Waiver: If we delay or choose not to enforce our rights, this does not mean we waive them for future cases.

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the full agreement between you and SENDÈGARO.

Events Outside Our Control: We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, governmental issues, etc.). We will notify you and pause obligations until the issue is resolved.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

We only replace defective or damaged items. Email us at customercare@sendegaro.com to request an exchange for the same item.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Visit the Create a Return page and enter your order number and email address. Complete the form with item details and return reason.
  2. Once approved, return instructions and the pre-paid label will be sent by email. Attach the label securely to your parcel. Contact us if you believe a free return label is due to damage or incorrect shipment.

WHERE IS MY RETURN?

Track your return using the number on your return label. Tracking may take time to update until the carrier scans the parcel. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

REFUND

We deduct a 5% return/restocking fee and the return label cost from your refund.

Credit Card: Refunded to the same card; timing depends on your bank.

PayPal: Funds appear within 48 hours of refund confirmation.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of return arrival. Cancellations before shipment are refunded within 3 working days of acceptance.

We cannot refund customs or tax duties. Contact your local Customs Office for potential reimbursement.
