At Sendegaro, we offer international delivery from our European hubs in Italy and Sweden. Available delivery options, estimated timelines, and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your order contents and destination.
We aim to provide a secure, reliable delivery experience with clear tracking and transparent shipping options.
Shipping Information
Shipping costs vary depending on:

Delivery services

Express delivery is available for all destinations.

Signature requirement
All orders require a signature on delivery for security reasons.
Because of this, we are currently unable to deliver to:

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within up to 2 business days before dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays.
Shipping Price Thresholds / Reduced Delivery Rates
For selected destinations, we offer lower shipping pricing when your order exceeds a certain order value threshold.
Where applicable:

the reduced shipping rate will be displayed automatically at checkout

the lowest available delivery pricing for eligible items in your order will be shown
Because orders may contain items shipping from different hubs or with different courier eligibility, the final shipping options and fees shown at checkout are the prices that apply to your order.

Delivery progress and delays
Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch. In some cases, courier scan activity may begin later than the dispatch confirmation email.
While we make every effort to deliver on schedule, delays may occur due to customs clearance, local courier operations, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid import charges where applicable.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us within 30 minutes of placing the order.

If your cancellation request is received within the eligible time window and the order has not progressed beyond cancellation eligibility, we will cancel the order and send confirmation by email.
Cancellation charge
Please note: a 5% cancellation charge applies.
This charge is applied to cover payment processing and associated transaction costs.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct at checkout.
Sendegaro is not responsible for delays or additional courier charges caused by:

incorrect or incomplete delivery details

unavailable recipient at delivery attempts

failure to respond to courier communications (including customs payment requests where applicable)
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Sendegaro due to:

failed delivery attempts
-
customer refusal
-
failure to pay customs/import charges (where customer-paid)
-
failure to claim the parcel
-
ignored courier requests or notifications
any refund may be reduced by fees incurred, including:

return shipping charges
-
courier handling / brokerage / clearance charges
-
customs processing / return fees
-
other non-refundable charges incurred by Sendegaro
This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
