SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed on Sendegaro can be delivered on any day of the week, depending on the shipping service selected. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the service you choose, as well as the origin and destination of your items.

Standard shipping is offered in some countries and express delivery is available for all destinations. At checkout, all applicable delivery choices for your order and to your destination will be displayed.

At checkout, the shipping options for your location are displayed. Because all orders require a signature, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses at this time.

We also offer a cheaper delivery price if your order is placed from one of the areas below and exceeds the following threshold. You'll see the lowest delivery pricing for the products in your order during checkout.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Express delivery for most of Europe and the US: delivered within 2-3 days. Rest of the world: delivered within 4-7 days.

Standard delivery for selected countries: delivered within 5-7 days.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us of your wish to cancel within an hour from the time your order was placed using one of the methods set out below. Once you notify us, we will cancel and notify you via email of the confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a 5% cancellation charge.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We include the cost of duties and taxes in your order if you live in one of the following locations. There are no additional delivery fees, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay:

Europe

Customers in Europe will not pay any additional VAT or customs duties as we ship from our hubs that reside in Europe. These are not included at checkout in the United Kingdom and will have to be paid when requested by the courier.

For U.S destined orders, Good news! There are no import duties below $800 in item value (except eyewear—see below), for orders shipped to the US!

Shop with confidence, knowing that additional fees are rare and inconsistently enforced. Even in such cases, your savings compared to local retail prices remain significant.

Duties may apply based on product classification, but rest assured— all related taxes and fees are included in the total checkout price, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden costs.

When shopping internationally, it's worth noting that if multiple orders or items arrive in the U.S. on the same day and exceed a combined value of $800, customs may apply duty fees.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We'll send you an email with all the specifics after you've placed your order. Your order will be processed within two business days. You'll receive an email with the tracking number once your product has been shipped. You can also track your order in your account by going to Track Your Order. It may take 3–7 business days for your package to arrive, depending on your region and shipping type. We make every effort to deliver your package on schedule, however there may be delays due to customs clearance or missed payments.
