SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed on Sendegaro can be delivered on any day of the week, depending on the shipping service selected. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the service you choose, as well as the origin and destination of your items.

Standard shipping is offered in some countries and express delivery is available for all destinations. At checkout, all applicable delivery choices for your order and to your destination will be displayed.

At checkout, the shipping options for your location are displayed. Because all orders require a signature, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses at this time.

We also offer a cheaper delivery price if your order is placed from one of the areas below and exceeds the following threshold. You'll see the lowest delivery pricing for the products in your order during checkout.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Express delivery for most of Europe and the US: delivered within 2-3 days. Rest of the world: delivered within 4-7 days.

Standard delivery for selected countries: delivered within 5-7 days.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us of your wish to cancel within an hour from the time your order was placed using one of the methods set out below. Once you notify us, we will cancel and notify you via email of the confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a 5% cancellation charge.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We include the cost of duties and taxes in your order if you live in one of the following locations. There are no additional delivery fees, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

United States, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Brazil, Isle of Man, San Marino, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon, Hong Kong SAR and Bahrain.

If you order from within your own region, you won't have to pay import duties, but you would have to pay VAT or local sales taxes. These are not included at checkout in the United Kingdom and will have to be paid when requested by the courier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We'll send you an email with all the specifics after you've placed your order. Your order will be processed within two business days. You'll receive an email with the tracking number once your product has been shipped. You can also track your order in your account by going to Track Your Order. It may take 3–7 business days for your package to arrive, depending on your region and shipping type. We make every effort to deliver your package on schedule, however there may be delays due to customs clearance or missed payments.
