Roma, Selleria e il motivo FF

Fondata a Roma nel 1925 da Adele Casagrande ed Edoardo Fendi, la Maison nacque come laboratorio di pellicceria e pelletteria in via del Plebiscito. Le sue radici romane furono plasmate dalla tecnica, soprattutto dal savoir-faire della selleria che divenne Selleria, poi affinato da Karl Lagerfeld dal 1965 attraverso il logo FF e un approccio più grafico e leggero alla pelliccia. Oggi la maison è nota per articoli in pelle, prêt-à-porter e borse come la Baguette e la Peekaboo, con le cuciture Selleria come dettaglio distintivo.
